On December 8th, Ms Srilvie Ouzie, Allianz Global Assistance CEO and Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Asia Pacific, and Mr Christophe Aniel, Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Greater China, visited SEPKU. Professor Sun Qixiang, Dean of SEPKU, Professor Zheng Wei, Director of the Department of Risk Management and Insurance, and Assistant Professor Jia Ruo met with the guests.

Professor Sun first welcomed the visit of the Allianz Group representatives, reviewed exchanges with Allianz Group, and expressed the expectation of cooperation between the two sides. Prof. Zheng Wei and Assistant Professor Jia Ruo introduced the basic situation of the department, such as teachers, curriculum structures, research fields, communication platforms set up by the China Insurance and Social Security Research Center (CCISSR) and series of activities.

Subsequently, the Allianz Group representative explained in detail the Allianz B2B2C model, the Chinese tourist cross-border travel risks and other issues. Then they expressed future cooperation intentions, including support for CCISSR, cooperative research, and student development etc. Professor Zheng Wei and Assistant Professor Jia Ruo answered the questions raised by the delegation. Both sides expressed their hope to maintain communication in order to establish long-term cooperative relationship.
