The 2017 Oxford & Cambridge Education Forum Holds Successfully

On March 28th, the 2017 Oxford & Cambridge Education Forum co-organized by SEPKU, Oriel College of Oxford, Magdalene College of Cambridge and WorldStrides held successfully in SEPKU.

 

Prof. Wilf Stephenson, Head of Administrative Affairs in Oriel College, Prof. Steven Morris, Head of Administrative Affairs in Magdalene College, Mr. Jim Hall, President of WorldStrides, Mr. Richard Lin, Chief Executive Officer of WorldStrides Asia delivered speeches on the forum. Prof. Dong Zhiyong, Vice Dean of SEPKU, and Associate Professor Qin Xuezheng, Assistant Dean of SEPKU, received the guests. Foreign affairs department heads of more than ten domestic key universities attended the meeting.

 

The Oxford-Cambridge Summer School has been running for 6 years. The summer program is divided into four periods, each for 4 weeks. There are four different courses: international law, international economy, PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics), business and legal English. Students will spend four weeks in Oxford and Cambridge, two of the oldest universities in the UK, and will enjoy a variety of hiking excursions for better understanding of British culture and a taste of British customs while experiencing life in the classroom and on campus.
